Real Estate Agent
In his previous career as an IT professional, Chris Hodges developed two fundamental skills essential to real estate: high-level problem-solving and the ability to bring simplicity out of complexity. With these abilities, he has been able to help people achieve their real estate goals, even when they thought it would be impossible or prohibitively difficult. In those and all cases, Chris finds a way.
When he decided to transition to a career in real estate in 2017, Chris didn’t have to look far to find the information and assistance he needed — his wife, Michelle, was already a REALTOR® and took him on as a teammate. Before long, he became a Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS® institute Graduate (SiG). This designation signifies his commitment to having a high level of knowledge and service to the clients he serves.
Chris had started dabbling in real estate many years earlier, buying distressed homes and investing his own hard work into them before resale. The experience taught him the roles of all the players in a transaction, and how to identify any factors that were causing delays. This knowledge is key for Chris to make the real estate process as smooth and low-stress as possible for his clients. He is passionate about assisting veterans and seniors as they realize their real estate goals.
Outside of real estate, Chris likes to study emerging technologies, human psychology, and the beauty of nature. He loves helping people grow and develop the internal tools to be happy and successful. He especially enjoys spending family time with his wife and their two sons, Lucas and Julian.
